An Introduction of Dholera SIR Project and It’s Location

Being one of the investors in India’s first smart city is indeed a thing to be proud of. As an ideal investor, you must have checked the location details and scope or transportation from this project. If not, then this blog will tell you.

Dholera Project is located in Ahmedabad district. Ahmedabad is the largest Indian city in the west, which has the world famous Sabarmati River runs in the center of it. There are many reasons why Ahmedabad marks itself the best location to be settled. That would take an entire new blog. However, you can go and check on the internet, and learn about this amazing city.

This project is surrounded by the water from three sides East, North, and South, respectively for, Gulf of Cambay (also known as Khambhat), Bavaliari creek, and Sonaria creek.

Out of 35000 hectares, the area of procurement would be within 14000 hectares. And the rest would be non-procurement.

A project like Dholera, concerns about the freight. Dholera Location is situated 100 KM away from the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) in Central Gujarat. When we say near DFC, it means the construction of roads, transferring of coals and other materials to build up this giant infrastructure, railway ministry will ensure that this dream project of Mr. Modi gets everything on time.

Dholera Project is connected to National Highway 8, which connects three major cities; like Ahmedabad itself, then Bhavnagar, and then Mumbai.

It is still in the discussion, but there is talk to develop an airport and a port in this region, to make transportation easy.

As, we have always mentioned that this this is the dream project of our honorable Prime Mister, and the first every city to be developed as the smart city, expert of the town planning team have come up with the best ideas and plans to make this project successful.
