For the first 10 years, the production unit will get a power rate subsidy of Rs. 2. According to the Gujarat Electricity Duty Act of 1958, it would be exempt from paying electricity duty. Additionally, a stamp duty reduction will be offered for leasing, selling, and transferring project land. Waiver of the registration cost and stamp duty will be given once and for all. The Indian government has allocated Rs. 76,000 crores for the India Semiconductor Mission (ISM), which was established to become the atma nirbhar in the field of semiconductor chip manufacture. If the project is authorised under ISM, the government of Gujarat will offer further investment support at a 40% rate.
